Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once the item is dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused

• In its original condition

• Returned with all tags, labels, and original packaging

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

How to Initiate a Return

2. Once approved, securely package the item along with any original documentation.

Exchanges
Yes, we accept exchanges. To exchange an item:
