Are your blankets and rugs handmade?

Yes! All of our products are handmade by skilled Moroccan artisans using traditional techniques passed down through generations.

What materials do you use?

We use natural fibers such as 100% wool, cotton, and plant-based dyes to ensure quality, sustainability, and authenticity.

Do the colors or patterns vary slightly?

Yes. Since every item is handmade, slight variations in pattern, color, and size are natural and part of what makes each piece unique.


Orders & Processing

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to secure checkout.

How long does it take to process my order?

Most ready-to-ship items are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Mon-Fri).

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of purchase or before the order is shipped. After dispatch, changes are no longer possible.


Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide. We also offer free international shipping on most products.

How long does delivery take?

  • Malaysia, Singapore, UAE, Japan, Hong Kong SAR, Israel: 14–21 business days (Mon-Fri) (Flat rate: $50 USD)
  • Rest of the world: 2–8 business days (Mon-Fri) (Free shipping)

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with an Order tracking link.


Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns within 14 business days (Mon-Fri) of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging.

How do I return an item?

Email us at manager@moroccanblanket.com to start a return. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 business days (Mon-Fri) after we receive and inspect your return.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, you can exchange items by returning the original item and placing a new order.


Payment & Security

What payment methods do you accept?

Customs & Duties

Will I have to pay customs fees?

  • USA: No customs fees
  • EU & Gulf regions: Some countries may charge import duties. Buyers are responsible for any applicable fees.

Will I receive confirmation after placing an order?

Yes, you’ll receive an order confirmation email right after purchase, and a shipping notification once your order is dispatched.
