2. Processing Time

  • Ready-to-Ship Rugs: Processed within 1 business day after purchase.

  • Made-to-Order Rugs: Require 3–4 weeks for production before shipping.

  • If your order includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order rugs, all items will be shipped together once ready.

Order Cut-Off Time: 4 PM (GMT, Casablanca), Monday–Friday.

3. Delivery Times

We currently ship only within the United States.
Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or public holidays.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping within the United States is completely free.
We do not currently ship outside the U.S.

5. Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will assist you promptly with a resolution.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet shipped.

9. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please use a trackable shipping service when returning your item.
