All products listed are 100% handmade and sourced from verified artisans in Morocco. We are committed to ethical sourcing and cultural preservation.

4. Pricing and Currency

• All prices are displayed in USD ($) by default (unless selected otherwise).
• Prices do not include shipping, taxes, or customs duties unless stated.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

6. Order Acceptance and Processing

• Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email.
• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Mon-Fri).
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to error, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
  

7. Shipping & Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping from Morocco.

Standard Delivery Times:

• Shipping (Malaysia, Singapore, UAE, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan): 14–21 business days (Mon-Fri). All orders flat rate 50 USD ($).
• Rest of the world: 2–8 business days (Mon–Fri). Free shipping for all orders.

Note: Customs delays may apply in certain regions.

8. Tracking & Delivery Responsibility

You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. We are not liable for:

• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
• Delays due to customs clearance
• Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

9. International Customs, VAT, and Duties

You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees in your country.

We do not cover:

• VAT/GST on arrival
• Brokerage or handling fees
• Refused shipments due to unpaid customs
  

10. Return & Refund Policy

You may return eligible items within 14 business days (Mon-Fri) of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Custom orders are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days (Mon-Fri) upon receipt of returned items.

11. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, or once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
