All international orders are shipped from Morocco. When a package crosses international borders, it may be subject to customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees levied by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees displayed at checkout.

Customers are solely responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or handling fees required by their local authorities.

We do not pre-pay or collect international duties and taxes at the time of checkout. These fees, if applicable, will be assessed and collected by your country’s customs office upon delivery.

5. Refusal to Pay Duties or Abandoned Packages

If you choose to reject a package due to customs fees:

• We may deduct return shipping costs and any customs handling charges from your refund.
• If the package is abandoned or destroyed by customs, no refund will be issued.

6. EU and UK Customers

Due to new VAT and import regulations in the European Union and United Kingdom, orders above a certain threshold may incur extra charges. We are not liable for any unexpected customs payments after checkout.
