At Moroccan Blanket, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a fair and transparent return and refund process.


Do You Accept Returns?

Yes, we accept returns within 14 calendar days of delivery.


How Can Customers Return Products?

  • Returns are accepted by mail only.

  • To start a return, contact us by email at: manager@moroccanblanket.com with your order number and reason for return.


Return Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • With all original tags, labels, and packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


Product Condition Accepted

Only new, unused items are eligible for return.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is defective or the wrong item was sent: We cover the return shipping.

  • If the customer changes their mind, chooses the wrong item, or it doesn’t fit: Customer pays return shipping.


Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will provide a full refund, free replacement, or store credit at no cost to you.


Items That Cannot Be Returned

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or washed items

  • Items without original packaging

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards


Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery.

  • Customer returns the original item (return shipping may apply).

  • Once received and approved, we will send the replacement item.
